# Auto Rewards

**KUKU Holders** automatically receive rewards when a certain threshold has been met.&#x20;

For every Transfer and Sell action, **1%** is reserved for distribution between holders. Holders are Rewarded by their market share. The more KUKU you have, the more you get rewarded.&#x20;
